Help Desk
Located in Wellington New Zealand and servicing a varied national customer base the ECL Group, Help Desk is staffed by 40 full time employees and is supported via a comprehensive range of communication and management systems.

Our Help Desk provides intelligent support for businesses both throughout New Zealand and  Australia, including:

• Commercial equipment systems monitoring

• Nationwide software deployment

Field service
The ECL Group’s extensive expertise in Point of Sale (POS) and Outdoor Payment Terminal (OPT) system design, deployment, service and support maintains our position as a market leader of POS and OPT solutions.

The ECL Group, Technology division provides installation, onsite service and helpdesk support to more than 1500 point of sale sites across New Zealand and Australia.

We have for many years provided electronic and fuel management solutions for the major oil companies and distributors, as well as mining and commercial companies. ECL Group, Technology division has provided complete system solutions, including the seamless migration of multiple existing card based systems into accounting and head office systems.

We continue to work closely with customers on system expansion and customisation to fulfil their business needs and enhance the service they provide to their own customers.
