Client: BP New Zealand

Challenge
BP New Zealand required 100 sites across New Zealand to be upgraded to a new global point of sale system without business disruption.  In particular they required a higher standard of system installation so as to lower future maintenance costs.

Our solution
ECL Group Technology was the chosen partner, and undertook the installation of the Point of Sale equipment and peripherals throughout New Zealand. This project was undertaken with 100% accuracy. Every installation was completed on time without any business interruption.

Outcome for our client
BP sites throughout New Zealand continued to trade seamlessly and the new installation has lowered their operating costs. 



Client: Greenstone New Zealand

Challenge
Greenstone New Zealand had 20 year old point of sale technology that was expensive to maintain, difficult to manage and lacking in the ability to change with market demands.

Our solution
ECL Group Technology worked with other parties to deliver a leading point of sale platform to 230 sites nationwide.  The platform was designed to allow Greenstone Energy to be more customer-responsive and to lower their operating costs.

Outcome for our client
Greenstone Energy’s Shell-branded sites now have the ability to undertake a greater range of consumer marketing activities. They have a leading-edge technology platform that enables their business to grow and develop at a much faster pace.
Additionally, ECL Group Technology provides lower cost onsite servicing nationwide.



Client: Multi Site Petroleum and C-Store Operator - Australia

Challenge
The requirement was the provide the installation and maintenance of a new point of sale system for more than 500 sites across Australia.

Our solution
ECL Group provided the technical resources to undertake the detailed installation of the new point of sale system and peripheral equipment.
Included in our solution were software testing, equipment staging and the management of any additional onsite contractors needed.
Additionally ECL Group Technology provides onsite maintenance activities, including site alterations, new installations or site decommissioning.

Outcome for our client
A single point of contact provider that undertakes all technology-related work across Australia. Our onsite activities include maintenance, system upgrades, and managing a large range of spare assets on behalf of the customer.
