Our 40 seat helpdesk provides 24 hour coverage across Australasian, utilising modern helpdesk technology, interactive phone systems, and on line site connectivity to provide resolution of IT issues.

Our helpdesk operators are fully trained in our customers software and hardware configurations, with detailed KPI measurements to monitor both response and resolution requirements.

The ECL Group Helpdesk understands that our customers IT and POS systems are critical in providing a superior customer experience.
