Fuels Service and Maintenance

Equipment maintenance activities are the backbone of the company with a network of mechanical, electrical and electronic service personnel across New Zealand and Australia providing our customers with 24 hour support.

Our Fuels personnel are trained to maintain a wide variety of forecourt equipment, including storage and dispensing equipment, point of sale systems, carwash systems and fuel management systems.

The use of a modern online job management system, effective stock control and quality processes to ensure maintenance is carried out efficiently, effectively and economically – maximising value for our customers.

As forecourt equipment becomes increasingly complex and is sourced from an ever expanding range of suppliers, it is vital that one servicing organisation can assume responsibility for delivering total solutions.

A key support component is our centralised help desk. Clients are able to ring for support.  If we can’t fix it over the phone we will arrange a technician to visit.
