Challenge
Mobil Oil New Zealand needed to rationalise the contractors visiting their retail sites to reduce the risks associated with health and safety issues. They also wanted more detailed information about the condition of their assets on each site and how they control the ongoing maintenance costs.
Our solution
ECL Group Facilities Maintenance provides onsite services to Mobil covering a wide range of services. A key to our solution is that 90% of all services are provided by directly-employed staff, keeping contractors to a minimum.
In addition our specialist van mounted IT systems are able to provide asset control, online billing and data solutions.
Outcome for our client
Mobil Oil New Zealand now has greater control over sites, both from a health and safety risk perspective and through control over their assets, and control over their maintenance expenditure.
