Management Services
 

The ECL Group can provide a wide range of services to suit our clients. We are willing to work with incumbent property managers, consultants and service providers to provide or complete the following:

 

      • Project Management - Dedicated project dept to scope, plan, price, and implement work.
      • Financial, KPI and Management reporting
      • Sub contractor management and HSE auditing
      • Building Warrant of Fitness and compliance reporting
 
Asset Management
 

ECL Group has recognised the need to move to a new level of asset management and is working with our customers to shift from a short term maintenance focus to a long term asset management strategy.  

ECL Group sees the following benefits in alignment with this philosophy including:

      • Looking at the life cycle maintenance cost of each asset
      • Development of OpEx & CapEx budgets using real asset information and asset maintenance costs
      • Regularly validating the condition of asset – this can be based on client requirements – look, feel, age etc

 


We have selected SPM Assets as our asset management tool for the following reason:

      • Web based asset management tool
      • Aligns to the NAMS approach (New Zealand Asset Management Support)
      • Asset information can be updated in real time, from site
      • Easy access for clients to view information and varies configuration levels for access / read / write
