Fabricated letters
Open channel letters containing neon lighting are produced uing either hand-folded acrylic or fabricated from aluminium and painted with two-pack coatings. Neon can be set to either illuminate directly from the front of characters, or reversed to create a halo effect around letters. For smaller characters, we have developed various ways to fabricate letters from solid acrylic or metals using routers, laser-cutting or water cutting techniques.
Specialised Vacuum Moulding
Three-dimensional moulds are fabricated from sophisticated computerised routers making it possible to raise letters and graphic designs on the panels of signs through a vacuum forming process.
