Our Evolution

It is our vision to be the leading specialist infrastructure services provider in Australasia.

New Zealand and Australian operations share a common Board of Directors, creating a consistent vision and direction across the group. Our approach allows us to recognise the differences between the two markets, while at the same time share expertise across geographies to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

We have grown through a mixture of acquisition and growth of existing businesses; as such we’ve had number of different trading names. Recently we’ve merged all of these businesses into one operating structure to improve what we offer to our clients.  To continue to communicate and trade as several different brands would be inefficient and confusing.

Over the next while you’ll soon see all of our vehicles, locations and other material move to the new ECL Group logo.

As a customer, you shouldn’t notice any change to service, although our staff will have an increased knowledge about the other services we offer and may be able to suggest new ways in which the ECL Group can help your business.

Who is the ECL Group? What do they do?

ECL Group is a New Zealand owned infrastructure services company which provides a range of services across New Zealand and Australia.

ECL Group offers consultation and management of services and systems across a number of specialist areas.

• Fuels
• Technology
• Electronic Security
• Corporate Signage
• Facilities Maintenance

Established in 1954, the ECL Group is privately owned with its headquarters in Christchurch, New Zealand. The company is committed to providing a high standard of ongoing service to its clients throughout New Zealand and Australia.

We utilise the latest leading edge technology platforms including mobility systems, coupled with our central helpdesk to ensure asset deployment and management are key areas of focus.

Why move to one brand?

Changing to one unified group means that customers and suppliers know exactly who they are dealing with regardless of which division of the business they are dealing with.

More importantly it allows us to draw on a wider variety of specialist skills throughout our different divisions in order to meet all of our customers’ needs.

What does it mean for me?

Customers will see the new ECL Group logo on our vehicles, shirts, invoices and any other material they receive from us.

Otherwise, it shouldn’t affect you. You will continue to receive the same level of service you have always received from us.

Because the business will be working more closely together, it does mean that we will be able to draw on skills and experience from across the business and to identify opportunities where other parts of the ECL Group may be able to help your business. If that’s something you’re interested in.

Will the old brand names be replaced?

Yes they will, all material received from us will now be from the ECL Group, clothing and vehicles will also show our new logo and brand name.

When will it happen?

Now!

Rebranding has been launched you will start to see our new logo on vehicles, apparel and our buildings immediately.

Some areas of rebranding may take some time.
